Where Inner Clarity Meets Outer Craft
Behind every color palette and typeface is a founder who is clear on their purpose. Behind every website is a leader who is confident in their value. This is the result of our inside-out process: brands that are not only visually stunning but also deeply and authentically aligned with the person behind them.

Case Study #1 – MBA Program
Antioch University

Challenge
AUSB wanted to expand their graduate programs to include a Master of Business Administration degree. The program was developed with extensive input from business and community leaders to bridge the gap between the private and public sectors, the non-profit and for-profit sectors. The goal was to bring in 15 new students for the first cohort. AUSB faced a market ripe with competition against other MBA programs from much larger schools with established reputations in the business world, and at a time where the value of such a degree was being challenged in the media.
Solution
AUSB’s MBA program was aligned with social responsibility, so we focused on this unique value proposition as a differentiator, along with the low-residency, hybrid approach that allowed students to continue working while in school. We developed a strategic, tactical, and implementation plan, and created messaging and concepts for the first ad campaign: “Not Your Everyday MBA.” The second ad campaign rolled out the following year, focused on the members of the first cohort: “Do Business, Do Good.”
Outcome
The first cohort successfully launched in September 2014 with 22 members as the only MBA program in southern California to focus on social business, non-profit management, and strategic leadership.

Challenge
In order to remain current with increased competition in the field of higher education, AUSB needed a refresh to their website’s design, navigation, and content. With the ever-increasing use of mobile devices and tablets, their site also needed to become streamlined and responsive to increase traffic and maximize the user experience.
Solution
After conducting research within the higher education arena, reviewing best practices, and interviewing stakeholders, students, and faculty, our team recommended a fully responsive, student-centric, simplified navigation Word Press solution with an Implementation Strategy that conformed to budget and time constraints. We restructured the information architecture, site flow, and content into modules of key messages and unique differentiators. The redesign was developed keeping the AU standards and guidelines in consideration.
Outcome
The new website successfully launched on time and within budget. User experience improved, mobile users time on site increased, bounce rates decreased, and organic Google rankings rose due to the responsive format. We continue to review analytics, test landing page and form results, monitor conversions and traffic, and refine content optimization.
